Responsible Land Use

We reside in one of the most productive farming communities in Central Ontario. While I know the provincial government has their eye on Barrie and Surrounding Areas for ‘densification’ we need to make sure we’re doing it in a smart and sustainable way! We need to make sure that the land we are allowing for development will not have significant negative impacts on the local environment (ground water, local species), precious and productive farmland, and will take advantage of provincial programs aimed at densification.
