May 10th - Regular Council

Our May 10th, 2023 Municipal Council Meeting covered several important topics. We began with a reassuring safety update from the OPP, reminding us all about our collective role in maintaining our community's safety. Discussions about our Parks and Recreation Master Plan and potential developments at Bidwell Park took center stage, with resident feedback being highly valued. The review of the Line 15 North traffic calming pilot raised concerns about safety at the intersection of Line 15 and Bass Lake Side Road, resulting in the removal of the one-way directional system. Lastly, we decided against selling surplus land at 2299 Highway 11 North as it wouldn't have benefited our township.
